Advertising
Job advertisements for psychologists account for most of the journal’s advertising revenue. We also accept advertisements containing information about further education opportunities for psychologists. Other advertisements are accepted as long as they fit with the journal’s overall editorial strategy.
Conditions for advertising content
Advertising material is reviewed by Journal of the Norwegian Psychological Association before publication. We reserve the right to reject advertisements that fail to comply with established professional standards. It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure that advertising material complies with applicable regulations. Advertising content must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content. Commercial content must be clearly and obviously identifiable to the public. This distinction must also be clear when linking to external material. To ensure this distinction, the following rules apply to advertisements published both online and in print:
Most of the advertisement must have a clear, coloured background.
Font sizes and/or types that may resemble the editorial content of the journal are not permitted.
Advertisements must carry a logo that clearly identifies the sender.
We offer fixed advertising spaces, as outlined in the price list. We reserve the right to move or remove offered advertising space without notice if an advertisement is too closely related to editorial content. In such cases, the advertiser will not be invoiced, and we will offer compensation for lost/changed advertising space. The amount of compensation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
