Publication ethics
Journal of the Norwegian Psychological Association is edited in line with the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The scope of responsibilities and rights of editors, reviewers and authors, in addition to descriptions of the consequences for misconduct, are presented in the chapters listed in the menu on the right (above in mobile view).
Allegations of misconduct
Journal of the Norwegian Psychological Association has set high standards for identifying and discouraging the publication of manuscripts where research misconduct has occurred.

Allegations of research misconduct relating to any manuscript published in our journal that are brought to the attention of the editorial staff will be dealt with according to COPE guidelines for handling allegations of research misconduct.
